Once confirmed, please download our Booking Form (PDF) and send it to us along with your booking and damages deposits.

- Linen: Bedlinen and towels are included.
- Damages Policy: A deposit of £100 will be required in addition to the booking deposit. This will be refunded after the visit provided the property has not been damaged.
- Pets: Sorry, but no pets are allowed.
- Smoking: No smoking at this property.
- Arrival: Between 3.00pm and 5.00pm. Please note that late arrival will incur a charge of £50 unless previously agreed.
- Departure: By 10.00am prompt.
